The hotel is in the area called Karlin, a residential area not far from the centre.
The Casa Italia Residence offers accommodation in reconstructed, cozy apartments, modified with Italian taste, but with respect to the historical style of the building. In 6 apartments one can at one time accommodate 28 persons, but it is possible to give a 7th apartment. For youth groups, where there is not an excessive demand on privacy, it is possible to add additional 14 beds and then give accommodations for 40 people. In cases of the requests of 40 beds, there will apply a very advantageous rate. It is enough to have a prior agreement.
This is a historical building, just like other buildings in the area. The facade of the first 2 floors has been completely resored after the floods in 2002. There is no lobby area in the hotel. The key can be picked up from the office.
The good location of the Residence ensures you of quick access to the historical city centre. Metro and tram stations are only around the corner of the building. There are also shops, bars and restaurants nearby.
